This class is re-starting in October, after taking a Summer break, Wednesdays 7.30pm – 8pm.


We usually sit on comfortable supportive chairs, like dining room chairs ( I use a padded piano stool !), can be done seated on cushions if prefer. There’s some basic instruction/theory, following the breath/breathing exercises and visualisations. Suitable for all levels.


I first started meditating in 1993, in London in a very small group at the home of an Asian teacher, who was professionally a doctor. A few years ago, I thought that I should get some formal qualification, so I trained in Brighton and home studied, to be accredited as a Relaxation, Mindfulness & Meditation teacher with Paula Pluck of Smart Foundations (


Free 1st class then £5 per class.
